Items can be returned within 30 days, provided the return conditions are met. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Place the items together with the completed return slip in the package.
You can reuse the received package for the return. Remove the adhesive strip and seal the package.
Attach the included postal label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office. Return shipping costs are at your expense and must be paid when posting.
IMPORTANT: Keep the issued proof of shipment until we confirm your return.
Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
